The National Tribal Leaders Forum 2015 will be facilitated meeting to create a shared vision and develop a national public health agenda to for advancing health and wellness for Native communities. Participants will engage in strategic dialogue and explore ways that a Tribal Public Health Institute (TPHI) can strengthen and build the capacity of our Tribal public health system, including Tribes, Tribal Organizations and all those whose primary intent is to protect and promote health of American Indian and Alaska Native peoples.
Your input is needed! Tribal leader and stakeholder attendance at the forum will be critical to development of a TPHI that will address the health needs and assets of AI/AN communities.
