Dr. Warne Presents at Native Health Conference

In September, Dr. Warne attended and presented at the Second Annual Conference on Native American Nutrition in Minnesota.

He says that “This is a unique conference that brings together the latest in nutrition science and the remarkable perspectives of our traditional leaders. I think both the traditional world and the scientific community have much to learn from each other. This conference provides the perfect venue for a new type of learning to occur."

Dr. Warne was invited to serve as the 2018 Pfeiffer Spring Quarter Visiting Professor at Stanford School of Medicine in Palo Alto, CA and to provide a Keynote address at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month Program in Baltimore, MD.
