Association of American Indian Physicians annual conference
NDSU was well-represented at the Association of
American Indian Physicians annual conference in Oakland, CA last weekend. Drs. Warne and Wescott presented on health
equity, and 2nd year MPH students Lindsey Montilieux (pre-dental) and Amber
Anderson (pre-medical) also attended as part of the Association of Native
American Medical Students conference."

Dr. Warne visits the Lower Sioux Indian Community, MN
Dr. Donald Warne and Dr. Siobhan Wescott from NDSU DPH
visited the Lower Sioux Indian Community in Minnesota on Monday. The
meetings included Olivia Roanhorse from the Notah Begay Foundation and members
of the tribal health programs and tribal council. We have excellent
opportunities to collaborate and to address health needs!”
